Premium Economy:
In 2015, Premium Economy class was included in American Airlines for long-haul aircraft which was made available in A350s in 2018. The seats in this class are wider than the main cabin seats with the facility of footrest.

Rules for Traveling with Infants:
Kids who are 2 years old are not allowed to travel in their own seats and you need tell the airline that you are going to travel with a kid in your and also there is only one kid allowed under one adult assistance. Also kids lying within the age group of 5-14 years are not allowed to travel without consenting adults. The adults traveling with the infants in their laps must be of at least 15 years or above.
Only one child can be allowed as a lap child per adult. In case, an adult is traveling with more than one infant under the age of 2 years, then a separate seat is required to be purchased for each additional infant.
Rules for Traveling with Minors:
The kids lying under the age group of 5-14 years are considered as minors and they can not travel in the flight which includes any stop in between.
