Air Transportation International (ATI) holds an FAA Part 121 Air Carrier Certificate and numerous charters. The airline was founded in 1978 as US Airways, which was renamed as Interstate Airlines in 1980. It is a subsidiary of Air Transport Services Group. A success story of Airline expands its presence. In 2006, ATI was sold to Cargo International Holdings, which was itself owned by ABX Holdings, Inc. After two years, parent company ABX Holdings was renamed as Air Transport Services Group.
