Being the second largest airlines in India, Jet Airways has lot offer to its passengers. The primary hub of jet Airways is situated at Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport in Mumbai and the secondary hubs are located at Chennai, Brussels, Delhi, Kolkata and Schiphol.
This airport links more than 20 international and 45 domestic destinations. Aircrafts by Jet airways for domestic and short-run international routes are either configured with single Economy Class or both Economy and Business Classes.
But the long-haul international flights have all the classes: Economy, Business, First classes.
Jet Airways Passenger are allowed to carry one checked bag and one carry-on bag (e.g. Handbag/laptop bag). Also, the assistive devices and garments like over-coat and long jackets are not counted as personal items.
And always mind that your carry-on bags should fit overhead bin or under the seat that in-front of you.

Damaged Baggage:
In case your any of your baggage items or baggage gets damaged, then immediately report to a representative of Jet Airways who sits in the baggage hall.
Thereafter you will be asked by the representative to fill a document and just report the problem
Also, you will be given a choice of either immediate settlement or make an arrangement for repairs for your damaged baggage but only for the fragile items that are mistakenly not covered by the Jet Airways.
Lost Baggage Tracer:
In case any of your baggage is lost, then you are requested to contact the agents of Jet Airways as quick as you can. They will definitely help you in getting your lost/delayed baggage.
But for that you should have the tracking number. Also, in order to check the status of your baggage you can use Baggage Tracer. The airport related agent will deliver the luggage to you to your address.
Delayed Baggage:
If your luggage is late then it is advised to inform the representatives of Jet Airways about it in the baggage hall.
Provide the contact information with a little description of your luggage to the concerned agent.
They will make sure that you get your baggage or baggage items just after the you report about the delayed luggage.
Musical Instruments:
The passenger is allowed to carry those delicate items you can e.g. electronic equipment, musical instruments, paintings, but for that you will have to book an extra seat in the cabin.
The weight of any of your these electronic devices shouldn’t exceed on the 75 kg.
Pets:
Pet animals like rabbits, birds, canaries, etc are allowed but only in proof container which comes with ventilation facility.
Valuables items:
Jet Airways guidelines suggests that you shouldn’t pack any of the valuable item like jewelry, money, certificates, passports, business documents, etc in your checked bags.
Carrying “Kirpans” in the Cabin:
The religious symbol of Sikh people, it has a very sentimental and religious value for them.
But the ‘Kirpan’ with the length of 9 inches/22.86 cms is allowed to carry in the domestic flights but not International flights of Jet Airways.

Jet Airways offers the best services to its passengers.
First class:
The first class seats are flat-bed convertible, i.e the seats are big enough that they can be converted to a comfortable bed with those private suites,LCD TVs, and also in-seat power supply.
Business class:
This class is only available in the international long-run flights. The business class offers the passengers flat beds seats with personal LCD screens and in-seat power.
In the domestic flights jet Airways offers the recliner seats but with bigger leg room.
Economy class:
For long Hauls: A 32” seat pitch with a comfortable footrest. Also, they provides a personal 10.6” touch screen LCD screen.
It is different on Boeing 737, there they proffers 30” seats with obviously a attached LCD screens.
Magazines:
Jet Airways airlines have brought a great facility for all its reader passenger, there you can find your favorite magazine online that is easy to read, more convenient and fun. You are also allowed to save the magazine to add to tour favorite list and even you can get your favorite page printed.
You can also go through in-flight magazines such as read the in-flight magazines like JetScreen, JetWings, JetBoutique.
JetScreen:
Jet Airways provides wireless in-built Jet-Screen for the entertainment purpose which surely provides the thrilling range of both Bollywood and Hollywood movies, TV series, video games and music.
Also, you are provided with the free Wi- services for the your electronic devices which are compatible to Wi-Fi.
If you want to enjoy these services on personal device then you are supposed to download an app called‘Airtime Player.’
Other Services:
Jet Airways has introduced a new feature lately called “eXport” by which the passengers are allowed to plug-in their personal iOS devices.
Also, there is a program called Jet-Privilege, for the frequent flyers of this airline.
Jet Airways proffers five classes – Blue, Blue Plus, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
The airlines provide the lounge services to the flyers related to these programs with obviously other benefits e.g priority check-in and baggage handling and extra luggage allowance.
Jet airways allows its passenger to check-in from 2 to 48 hours before the departure from anywhere. Also, it lets you choose the preferred seat and immediately provides the e-boarding pass and the payment details in a soft copy receipt via your e-mail address.
