The United States government is launching a summer project to streamline the application process for first-time passport applicants. In furtherance with the State Department’s “Special Passport Acceptance Fairs,” aimed at expediting the passport process for new applicants, the agency has announced a fresh set of dates through July 6.
Such events will occur in Arizona, California, Florida, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, and South Carolina. These fairs are primarily for new passport applications—renewals are not accepted—and are usually conducted at post offices, recreation centers, or libraries. Meanwhile, if you are considering a trip to India, make your last minute flights to India from USA booking through tripbeam for a hassle-free experience.
