Republic Day Parade

The Republic Day Parade is a sight to behold and will take place on the newly constructed Central Vista or the Rajpath. The authorities are working to ready the Rajpath by 26 January for the biggest show of India’s military and culture. 

States including Arunachal Pradesh, Haryana, Goa, Meghalaya, Punjab, and Uttar Pradesh are to present their tableaux. Republic Day Parade

Aircraft and Helicopters both vintage and modern like Rafael, Sukhoi, Jaguar, Apache, and Dakota are set for their performances to mark the end of the ceremony. A total of 75 different aircraft will take part in the ending ceremony with 15 different formations taking place. 

Lastly, Botlab an IT start-up from IIT Delhi will present a drone show on 29 January with the name ‘Beating Retreat’. The theme for the show is 75 years of Indian Independence and this display will make India the fourth nation to organize such a massive display. The other three nations are the USA, Russia, and China. 

The authorities have advised that people should be careful and conduct proper COVID behavior.
